The Terraces

The client wished to create a multi-functional space; for residential as well as commercial use. The façade and mezzanine were designated areas for rentable shop space, to utilize maximum visibility and accessibility from the main road. The residential space was proposed to be broken up into two separate units to fulfill the client’s requirements. A common space is featured on the ground floor, consisting of an entertainment lounge, en-suite guest bedroom which opens up to a garden. The first floor is a designated apartment, reserved for the client’s parents. Finally, the 2nd and 3rd floors are primarily, a four-bedroom home for the client. Once again, each floor opens out to terraced gardens, harmonizing each floor with the outdoors and nature. The rooftop garden features a plunge pool with deck, for optimal views of the beautiful skyline.
