Year of completion – 2014

A minimalist, modern home for clients who wanted space to enjoy their time in retirement. The modern design of the house is juxtaposed with a warm and homely atmosphere. A cozy living space opens up to a lush garden, with an entire wall of glass doors overlooking the turquoise tiles of the lap pool that runs along the side of the property. Although this is an outdoor pool, the position of it ensures privacy from neighbors, mimicking that of an indoor pool. The ground floor consists of living and dining, master bedroom, kitchen and pantry. The first floor is made up of two guest bedrooms, a TV lounge overlooking a double height living space. The tall French windows lets natural light seep in to the house.
